I am so sorry (yet again) but as my friend Scorpion will attest I have been overseas in Vietnam and China for several weeks and had hoped the team would follow through with this.

At last I have been able to intercept your email before it goes to auto answer, I have placed this issue before the EN manager and will get a reply to you by email either later today of first thing Monday.

Once again our apologies for the delay, I do not normally do Zoomumba tickets at the moment but still can access any tickets the trick is to get in before the team get to it.
