Hello Partspainter

As you will see I have moved your post to a thread of its own.

I am sorry to learn that you have had a problem with your safari freezing. I am unable to restart the safari for you, so in this case I would ask you to contact support regarding this.

Also at this point I will advise you to make sure that you regularly clear your browser and flash caches as this usually prevents the problem of freezing.

Regards Scorpion

Hello again Partspainter

If you look at the bottom of your game page around the brown frame can you see the wording (going backwards right to left) 'Forum', 'Support'. 'Legal Information' etc. Click on the one reading support.

This brings up a ticket or you to fill in - much of your browser and computer information is automatically contained in this ticket which helps the support team. write your problem, in as much detail as possible in the ticket and send it off.

Initially you will get an automated response advising receipt of the ticket - and soon you will get a manual response from a support team member with advice or instructions as appropriate.

Thank you and regards
Scorpion

OP referred to support as necessary. Nothing further can be done in the forum so I shall close here.
