Cinema stopped working

I have been unable to use the cinema for a few days. Before, the window opened and I clicked on the play icon.

Now there is a banner saying Please select a video but there is nothing to choose from - just a black screen.

I've been trying to save up to buy a mate for my panda but I can't earn any dollars now.

The videos will probably have changed again now, and hopefully you will be able to watch the new ones.

But if this problem repeats itself in the future please would you contact support regarding this issue. The report will automatically contain information that will assist them in helping you, but also please be as detailed as possible when writing to them.

Third day in a row now I have not been able to watch anything. Just a blank white screen with "Get Your Reward" greyed-out. All I can do is exit out and lose the one zoodollar.

I'll contact support.

On this occasion I have managed to watch all 3 videos in your cinema. Please do make sure you have cleared your browser and flash caches and that you are using the latest version of Flash Player.

If you still cannot get your cinema to work, then please do contact support.
