missing sunblock

you guys getting tierd of me yet? Ok real question... I had 3 sunblocks clicked to turn them in, screen went busy as if accepting them then stuck i guess. I clicked the x. screen went away now i only have 2 sunblocks. where did it go? what happened?

recived another sunblock and was able to finish that button on the event wheel but would still apreciate your looking into where my missing one went as they are not dropped often.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the sunblocker. Unfortunately I am unable to check exactly how many drops you have had.

What I can say is that with this event, as with the other game board type events, sometimes it appears that more items drop than are actually recorded. This is a visal glitch, and the system does record the correct number of drops that each player should receive from tending their animals in the different habitats.

So, what I can say here is that all appears to be correct, and I will also say that drops seem to become more plentiful as we progress through the game.
