Changing your NEWSLETTER Subscription

For various reasons, you may wish to enable or disable the ZooMumba Newsletter.

To change your subscription to enable, if you did not do this when you first signed up for the game, please follow the steps below.

Firstly you will have to confirm your email settings.

To do this you must go to your settings
Click on the settings, cogwheels, icon at the bottom right of your zoo page and then the crossed tools icon

shown by the RED arrow to open your 'settings' layer

Now you should click on the account tab at the top left of this layer - shown by RED arrow

Here we have the layer where you can change e-mail address, passwords and your username.

At this stage you must now confirm your e-mail address

Type in your current e-mail address in the box marked 'change e-mail' and your password in the lower box 'current password'. Then hit the submit button.

You will now get a verification screen

In the box marked 'enter code' you have to type in the 2 part verification code that you see above in the bigger white box and push the 'next' button. If you make a mistake you will be directed to the screen again for another try. You also have the option to change the code, if you cannot make it out, by clicking on the blue 'change code' wording between the blue boxes.

If you have entered the correct 2 part code you will see the following layer

which informs you that a message has been sent to your e-mail address.

At this stage you should close off your zoo page - as you cannot have your zoo open more than once on any one computer, and it will be re-opening again shortly.

Go to you e-mail inbox and open up the message received from BigPoint entitled 'E-Mail Verification'. Within this mail is a link for you to click on - this confirms to BigPoint that the e-mail address is correct and will now open up your zoo for you again.

At this stage you are able to subscribe to the ZooMumba Newsletter.

Follow the steps here:-

Once again go to the setttings icon on your zoo page, as above, and open up the settings account layer. Now you will see a checkbox where you can enable or disable the newsletter.

Click the little box marked 'subscribe to newsletter' - shown by the RED arrow - and hit the change button below. Once again you will see the verification layer where you have to type in a 2 part verification code, and click on the next button. Once you have done this:-

Congratulations you have now subscribed to the ZooMumba Newsletter.
