Banking Question for Bigpoint Support

Sorry I hope this is the correct place to post this question. I use Ultimate Game Card to buy credits on my mechs, So I have used them many many times. My question is in some cases I buy 25$ worth of credits with $30 Ultimate Game Card, Big Point say I have the $5 left over added to my BigPoint Account which gives me an account number. All fine but I figure I have about 40 maybe even more on this Bigpoint Account but I have no way to view this account balance or even use these funds. I would like to apply all the 5$ here and there left over to my mech but I don't see where or how. I know Bigpoint Can't keep it as I have not recevied any thing for this money and its not left on my cards so Can you please help me to spend this money on your game. I like to spend money on this game, It kills me knowing i have some laying away collection dust in a virtual account when I could be using it for skills and kills , I like killing its most fun. Really tho all kidding aside I think its a Banking Problem that has been overlooked.

Use the lower banking amounts like 2.99 that should allow you to redeem some of the value. Other than that they cannot be joined together I am afraid.

BP takes all the money off the card and states to hold the left over amounts in a Bigpoint account for me to use later. I have this account number but I can't get it you have no option to. So in short Bigpoint is over charging me for my purchases and holding the left over funds which are I am guessing now in excess of $50.00. This is illegal and I am sure it is an error on BP part but I would like to use these funds stored in my virtual Bigpoint account. Please check into this for me as I have already confirmed with Ultimate Game Card that there is no funds left on the card. I love using UGC for purchases you just have to fix this small part by allowing me to use my BP account which I am provided with when i buy.

I used the cards on both Earth and West Coast Venus - Email is the same my account is one for cross worlds. Thanks for checking into this matter for me.
