When i try to log on to a server on XBLASTER it stays on the loading screen, and it will not load what so ever. i wait and wait, nothing.

And on dark orbit it gets stuck on loading to.

Try and clear you cookie's and then try again, this happened to me a few weeks ago i done this and then it worked

Sorry, but i forgot how to get rid of my cookies.

Just goto your internet options and delete all your history. Ie... browser history ect,
then close your browser and start again

Now the arena loadfing and missions loading takes ten minutes to load.

It will take a little longer as you have deleted your cache, but it should load up now. Is that the case?

For to get on it takes ten minutes to get in the arena it takes 30+ minutes.

There realy is nothing we can do, it is nothing to do with our systems, it is your computer, we have advised you to clear you cookies wich you have done so, this has fixed your problem but takes its time too load the pages, we can not advise you any further on this as it is your compuer, all i can say is try clearing your history again and turn internet of and start again.
