Nothing but players speaking the wrong language in a chat? Auto-bans for things as simple as the word "crap" or the use of removed while others get away with flooding and non-English in the English chat?
I miss when CM's existed and did their damn job. >_>

players fuss about us when we are online,
players fuss about us when we cant be online,
we have lives in the real world too,
we are online as much as we can be, with a very small staff.
