Error with my name

Hello, this is john again :S, i get a problem with my name in neptun east, my mech get the same name of another mech mine, the first is pl 39 called Jοни, and my other mech is pl 201 :
Username Jοни* Current rank 201
but this mech get an "*" and i want to play in this but ever get me error password, and when i try to do in "forgot your password" say this:
This combination of username and e-mail address could not be found. Please try again.

and i want if the support can change the name or do something for get back the account, plz.

Today 19/05/2012 8:30 PM México City, i try to change my name of the pl 39 for try to enter in the pl 201, but the email of login information changed, never came.
