Default Changing language in-game ?
Im 99% sure but I have to ask to have the 100% and accept it.
If you play in a different Universe, is there a way to change the language in-game ?
Probably not but maybe there is a language bug i could use safely

using a different portal will make no difference, the native language of the uni will be used
