cant login

i cant login to universe 1 with my original acount _micro_. i forgot the password for that acount. i tried the forgot password thing and entered my unser name, i put in my email adress too but i still havent recieved the email with my password in it. i have been waiting for acouple of hours now..... i think i might have put in the wrong email adress for my original acount. can a game admin send me an email with the password in it? this acount is the acount i created on universe 2 just a few minutes ago so i could ask for help.

PS. anyone who spams my email will be blocked.

lol! you have a hotmail account and you post your email on a forum. you'd better make sure the spam filter is set to maximum before worrying about any human's out there... the spam bots will be quicker than any real life person!

can login through syfy.com, have tried the big point account, unable to log in there. have tried the password retrieval , have never received the password from big point,, am currently waiting on GO to see if they can help.. i do understand that they get a lot of requests, ,, any suggestions ,,

the problem is because you have use syfi, they stick spurious characters in the password and potentially change the email, just have to wait for the GO response I am afraid, even then it may not be possible to do anything

thank you,, have not heard from a GO at this time, is it possible to set up an account through big point again and keep what i have... i do not want to get in trouble for having two accounts , i know at one time to play the game i must have set up a big point account. i will not do anything till i hear from a GO

Sadly not, it may be possible to resolve it so that you can log in directly and therefore cut syfi out the loop, however, it may also not be possible, it is dependant on how Syfi have it set up.

Assuming you have contacted the GOs in game they will get round to you, although it will need escalation to an SGO or Admin to resolve

The reason you can not log in is the account does not exist, either you have not created one in EN1 or more likely the reason you forgot the pwd is that it has been so long since you logged in the account autodeleted
