What happens if you dont like the players offered by the scout at a particular time? do you still get the prescribed number of players from him?

23.00 is when the first offer comes in
if you dont like them leave it and they are updated at around 06.00 and then the time i find best 08.00
If your really hard to please they are updated again at 13.00
