Still stuck in Cargo tutorial

Looks like the devs moved the tutorial back a bit to where I need to send out the cargo plane. Except - now there's no plane to send out. When I go to my flights there's no plane graphic or "send" button. Can they just start me back at the beginning of the tutorial or something? User ID: 8806509

ETA: I would've posted this in my original thread, but it was already closed. I'm not sure that since part of the game was changed if support would need to know about the new issue or if they would've marked me as "solved" already

I just checked your error in the spreadsheet (and moved it back to the top) but it is not marked as fixed.

Its been about a week since I reported my issue. Just out of curiosity, how long does it take for these to get fixed? I know it varies with the load. I'd love to be able to play the game again.

This shows on our system as already fixed have you looked closely at the goals.
The Dev,s said they fixed it the day after your post here??.

I still don't have the cargo plane showing in the hanger. When I go to the flights tab there is nothing in the boxes. No plane avatars and no "send" button, which still leaves me stuck. I attached a screenshot for reference.

Not sure if this problem is related to the previous, but i cannot do anything in the game since i got the main goal-place/setup your cargo bay tutorial, I can't place it as i don't have spare area and it will not let me out of it to do anything in game how can i move out of this and continue with the game? Anyone know?

You should start your own thread by clicking on the Technical Questions, Problems and Bugs Section and then select new thread (in the future)
and you also need to leave your id number so we can look into the issue for you.

I have checked your account and you seem to be flying now?
