its not hijacking another players thread, I have a problem on the same theme. you know that the payment ticket does not have a section for this information and that i have written to general support without getting any acknowledgment. The fact remains that i have paid money and have not received goods, I am giving the information and have given plenty of time for the situation to resolve without making accusations like the player that started the thread.

The information above plus scrutiny of my account should be enough evidence for your team to make amends, its not helpful going over old ground nor is it helpful to try and sweep my case under the carpet, I shall continue to comment until my situation has been resolved, a protracted engagement over not receiving my goods isnt what i would like to see and certainly is not condusive to good business.

Please after i have had no resolution through the usual channels give me some positive feedback and not any more unhelpful criticism. Please do not forget i am the customer.

The reason for not highjacking is to make sure each player gets their query satisfied. When multiple players post their issues in a thread it is sometimes difficult to keep up with all the posts. So one thread for each player (on more complex issues) makes this less confusing for both the player and the moderators.

I do understand the limitations of the Payment queue which is why I suggested that you write to the general queue.

I do not think that you have been treated with disrespect nor have I swept your issue under the carpet. As I said I would have your account looked into and I do have information but payment information is not supposed to be posted on the forum and personally I would not want mine posted publically either but it is your call?

OK then we have no misunderstandings here and we seem to be quite well established on this thread.

Still I have no news from support, I have checked my bank and the payments have been honored. However the goods for the larger payment still have not been credited.

A total of three payments since i started playing one on the 19th and the 2 subsequent payments detailed above. Granted as you mentioned your finance people do not work weekends, It is now Wednesday, what is the hold up?

Am i wrong in thinking that a check of my account history against the money you have taken would quickly show a deficit in my favor?

Farmerama i played with plenty of game cash, Travian i play with gold and here i cant play the game as i wish because of this problem.

Please feedback or credit me with the good i have paid for in good faith.

I have been keeping an eye out for your ticket in the general support queue but have not seen it do you have a ticket number? (this is not the 5 or 6 digit ticket number from the payment queue) This would be a rather long ticket number starting with 201xxxx....

We would really like to help you resolve this quickly but we have to work within the rules that are set for us. We do apologize for the inconvenience but sometimes payers do try to protect their clients from fraud at the wrong times, but they do this with the best of intentions.

The general support system works a bit different than the Payment system. I'll go see what I can find out, and get back to you.
