OK I am on the quest Scientific Support and I need to purchase 1 Air Balloon.

Problem is I have already purchased my full amount so I can not buy any more.

Question - Am I able to delete / sell one of the balloons I have?

Put the air ballons in storage. log off then log in and take them out of storage and see if that does the trick. Otherwise do a search a mod answered this for someone else and gave them the solution.
