How to complete quest

Hi,

I am on the quest Scientific Support where I have to purchase an air balloon. Problem is I can only purchase so many and now I need to buy one for a quest I can not as I have my allotted amount.

Is there anyway to continue with this quest?
Is there anyway to sell/trash/delete one of the balloons I have so I can continue?

You should be able to put the item in your storage and then put it back out on your airport and have it count. When this happened to me I had to remove them all. Log out clear my browser and flash cache, log back in and then place them.
