where are all the mods apart from lee and he is overseas working there are nobody answering question cmon mods

Well you do realize that moderators do not get paid for their services. They volunteer to help the players of the game. So if people don't volunteer their services we don't have mods. They do it out of the niceness of their hearts. They receive NO compensation at all.

The administration on the other hand does work for Bigpoint, and they are assigned to monitor these forums. If Bigpoint doesn't see the need to have a ton of admin, then they save the money and don't put more people on. If you would like to pay 50 dollars a day to Bigpoint, I am sure they can arrange to get more admin on here.

One more thing. If either of you two think we need more mods on here, please do fill out an application to be one. Here is a link to the criteria you need to meet to be one, and here is a link to the application form.

If you don't feel the desire to be a mod, then you always help out your fellow players and answer their questions yourself. That is within forum rules last I checked.

Our Mods and Admin for this game do their best within the resources they have. They are brilliant. If you don't believe me, just put yourself in thier shoes and see what they have to go through.

in reply to your abrupt comment on mods i firstly see you are not a mot and yes if you have bothered to notice that i have helped out several people on this game with problems iam just asking a civil question and expect a civil answer not a rant from you

Mods do have 24 hours or so to answer the forum posts if you would like quicker service you can alway try sending a mail to the Customer Care Team but they get weekends off But as Hi states, we are volunteers and real life does happen to all of us and it is also summer time for most of us (well not lee but apparently that don't stop him :P) I tend to spend a lot of time in out tending my flowers with my grand daughter but we do try to keep up so my apologies in advance for slacking for the next month or so.
