i have asked several times but had no response from mods. i cannot seem to be able to paint planes i have more than enough air coins having 528 million but it still will not let me paint planes all other level i have no problem with please advise as to the problem mickydee id 30608

I think you are referring to the Engineering bay. You do not actually get to "paint" planes I am not even sure that the planes change colors :-s I do not have that many parts yet I guess lol.

If you are referring to the engineering bay you have to buy the bay for 100 air coins, then collect parts from sending and receiving planes (or you can buy them) then you upgrade your planes most of them have 4 stages of upgrades you can see more information here
