hi can anyone tell me how i get the paint can in the service bay as it does not tell you

Do you mean the upgrade that paints the planes if so then that is available when one of your planes is updated to level 4.
I hope that was what you where asking.

yes that is the question i am asking. ihave all the levels it shows the paint can but i cannot level that up it says you need aircoins well as i have 583 million 8thousand you would think that would be enough

Lol that's a lot of credits and yes I think that will be enough, I cannot say why this is happening but I have placed you problem in the Dev's list as soon as they can they will take a look and fix it or tell us the reason.

I am hopeful one of the other team will see this open thread and take a look for you tomorrow I cannot as I will be away overseas for the next 3 weeks.

You still need more parts to do the the upgrade/tune up to the 4th level on the planes that you have on level 3. In addition to the coins you still need the parts indicated to upgrade to level 4.

in answer to your answer if that souds right i have more than enough parts but for some unknown reason i just cant get it i have all the levels up to the can . thank you for your quick response

But you don't have enough parts to tune up any of your planes to that level. You need more parts when the middle bar turns green (it is now yellow) you will then see the tune button turn green then you will be able to tune them up to the 4th level.
