Unable to complete "Streamline"

I've used my storage and purchase 8 small cobble stone (from reading the forum, I thought that was what the small street parts are) and the quest did not complete. Are the small street parts something else or did it just not register?

I belive you need 9 cobblestones

Just re-read the quest, it says 8 but it isn't registering any of the ones I bought. The counter still reads 0/8.

Have you placed them all at the same time (like all 8 are on the airport not 7 on and 1 in storage)? Maybe just buy one more and see if it was the wrong number.

I am a complete bonehead. It helps to purchase the small cobblestones, not the medium ones.
