copter service pad priority

I was under the impression that when a copter landed it would land at the highest negative percentage pad down to 0%

copters land out of order I have -25% service pad and copters land there 3rd instead of 1st the 5th copter lands on a 0% and and 6th copter lands on a 20%

I only noticed this after the upgrade and yes i have tried all the normal stuff this forum tells you too before posting

I also notice cargo pads are not servicing the same as before but I have no pad enhancements on them

I am hopeful that the devs will see my note in their spreadsheet over the weekend but I don't think they will be able to fix it until next week sorry.

problem solved for now

I moved the copter service pads

I move the pad that copters where landing at 1st to the -25% area and the copters then began landing in order of pad enhancement
