Merge Buildings --- To Free Up Space And Improve Building(s)

I would really love to see the hangers become upgradable to reduce the amount of space they take up since we cannot remove them from the map after they have been placed. Most Airports I know have only two or three mega hangers depending on different customers that use that air port as a hub.
YVR Vancouver has only one Main hanger since Air Canada uses Vancouver as a hub and it services all aircraft that needs maintenance out of this Hanger. Okay we have a few smaller hangers at a small runway on the side but mainly we have warehouse for the many cargo planes that are serviced out of the airport.
