Default Buddy's Not Servicing Planes ??

Is it just me, or does it bother anyone else when you service whatever comes your way from buddys but they don't service your planes?

No, it's not just you. I think many of us have the same problem. I consider myself fortunate if half my planes are returned serviced, and as I rarely send out quickies, (except to collect souvenirs for a goal) it can be very frustrating. I find it difficult to understand how I can send half a dozen Rama-M-Turbos or even Super-M Turbos and they return unserviced, when the buddy has been on line the whole time. I strongly suspect that some people go on line, send out their planes, and then go away and do something else, leaving the game running, only returning to land their own planes. A plea to all players, if you're not actively playing the game, please log off, it doesn't take that long to log back on again.

True that some players might walk away only to come back to only service their planes but I've actually had a wave come to me, serviced it, then sent out my own wave to get it back not being serviced only to have the same buddy send me yet another huge wave

Hate To Say It But Its Happening A Lot With All The New Goals Having To Send 40 To 50 Planes Everywhere I Just Ignore The Ones That Do Not Service My Planes In Return And Keep Sending Waves Of Planes

I have this same problem, so when I got the Rama-M-Turbos and The other ones I decided on a rule. A buddy Strike out, its simple and effective. It's a good way to weed out the bad buddies, who are only in it for their own. So what I do is if I send say 6 Rama-M-Turbos to the person whose planes I have serviced many time before and they return in non serviced that's strike one and then if it happens again strike two and last time they are out of my friend list. So now most of the buddies I have are good partners, I have around 4 people who have above 1000 buddy points . If you need a good buddy just add me.

Interesting idea - I might have to use it myself. I just hate getting rid of buddies, especially since I was deleted from a buddy where we use to send planes all the time and would service each others planes without problems and then *poof* they deleted me and I haven't a clue. I might try not servicing their planes for a while, then service some and then send mine and see what happens.

Thanks for the buddy invite - I've added you on

How are you sending them? While playing, I'll service about anything. WAIT wait, don't send me a flood, keep reading.

If anyone sends me 3-4 planes I'll happily service anything I can get to on time. But if someone floods me I'm going to ignore most of the small ones. Why people do this is beyond me. If you're large enough to have a flood of planes, you've got to have a large number of buddies too.

Spread out your fleet so you don't inundate one player. He's got other folks sending him stuff as well. For example. The other day I had some player send 14 quickies all at once as well as a few other small planes, and about 9 small cargo planes. I serviced what I could, but time's short on those small guys and some did get missed. He then send a fly-by complaining I didn't service all his planes. WtHECk is he thinking, that he's the only player and I'm just sitting here waiting for him?

In short, (too late) if you flood a buddy, you have to expect some of your fleet will return unserviced.

No, I don't flood buddies - I will get flooded and try my hardest to service them all but then I send some to the person I just got flooded from and not one will come back serviced.

You and I are friends AtlasAirlines so I know we're ok

As far as i can tell there is absolutly no advantage to having Buddies as all the trade items are available from the map anyway.....
