Wind power moved to level32???

I was lucky to do the quest, and was unlocked in store, so i bought a couple of windmills to speed up the service, but now it's moved to level 32???

did skyrama added new missions and moved windpower quest to level 32???

Your Goals are not set by your level although some cannot be completed until you reach a certain level but I do not beleive any quests have been changed in order.
I will however confirm this during the week.

I already bought 6 wind mills, and all sudden when i was browsing in the decoration, in some way it moved from level 23 or 24 to 32...

Now I get it you are counting the boxes at the bottom of the purchase area (I think).
Some times more than one item is available at any one level so the boxes do not relate to levels.

Just laugh a lot if I have misunderstood it is a common issue at my age.:rolleyes:
