Another "Add Buddy" problem

Hello there.
The problem is, that I can't add my husband as a buddy, and he can't add me either. When choosing "Add buddy" - "Username". I get this result: "Player couldn't be added".

Name: Renardine, UserId: 6227684
And my husband's is:
Legarou (ID: 6227353)

Can I ask have you tried using the small icon left side of pop up add screen?.(Add player by ID number).

I have indicated our ID's in the first post, and yes, they are in the upper left corner near the game name. It should let us add each other, but actually it doesn't work. It keeps saying "The player couldn't be added" :(

The system is giving you back the global ID number which is correct.
I have tested your husbands account and it works.

The reason you cannot add him is that you still have an outstanding request to the system that is blocking you from adding him.

Can you please fill out a support form with the iD numbers and I will place this before the Dev's to have the old request deleted.

I cannot do this for you as the email would be from me showing my system not yours hence the request.

There is nothing else I can do at this time so we will wait for your email.

I took the liberty of already adding your details to the dev's list to try to speed things up (I also answered your email).

Once again I can only apologize for this bug and I will do all I can to get things working again.
