If I complete the green scroll, do I get a skin, or is it green and red. Also Is there 30 waves in each scroll?

You can only win skins in the red and blue scrolls.
There are 30 waves in each scroll.

You do not win a skin in the green scrolls. The rewards and percent of chance to win them are located here Cauldron of Aruba
