I am not sure I understand your question?

If you are trying to send an email to Seafight then you do need to use a 'global' email account. gmail and gmx are both free email places that are similar to yahoo and msn but do not have the blockers on them and are able to email on a global scale without the issues that non global email providers seem to have.

When you send an email to Seafight you will get the instantaneous , auto generated response with your ticket number,, when you get that you will know that your email was received and will be answered in the order received. All correspondence regarding your issue needs to have that ticket number included in the subject line for faster response.

i am using a msn email, now hotmail service.. but got no problems.. everything works fine.. just ensure the supportpage to be defined as safe on the whitelist and as said, never delete the original topic including ticketnr...

for msn worked with seafigth supports system..

Emailproviders that don't end with hotmail.com, gmail.com ... for example: yahoo, ...
