Hello all,
I am a 39-year-old woman who lives in Maine, USA. I have been married to Maverick-the-great for 17 years and sink his ship often when he is not looking. I started to play Seafight in June of 2007, due to my brother Maine talking me into creating a ship. He got me addicted and Seafight has been a peace of my daily life ever since. . I mainly play on US East and belong to the oldest guild on the map. Many have tried to take us out with constant harassment; however, with dedicated m8’s, we hold strong and determined .
At one point, I was one of the leaders of UWS (United We Stand) one of the largest alliances on the map until I really needed to take a break from it, and with the approval from Maine and my members, we separated. These guilds are USA US2 US3 USN. After the UWS, we joined up with the SSC alliance and played with a bunch of good mates. [Most of the members of SSC were part of the original UWS alliance]. After constant wars and the threats of people wanting to destroy us, we started a coalition with FP and MVP alliances. We were an unstoppable team, until yet again, differences separated us. At this point, a couple of guilds and several members from various other guilds left to start a new alliance. These members have been wonderful mates and long time friends.
These days, I am one of the many leaders of TGC alliance. The new alliance does not have one or two main leaders but a wide range of skilled players who know how to handle things.[I not going to list entire alliance, you will have to find out for your selves]. I now leave most of the diplo work to my mates because I am busy at home and my mod job; however, I always have time to sink peeps. TGC is still under constant attack and people still want to destroy us; however, the mates that are with us don’t mind fighting, even though people think we do. We are a unique alliance and very independent from the rest of the map. This is one of the many reasons we are hated. We are not easily manipulated and don’t jump into fights unless we get all the facts first.
The members in the alliance have been together for a very long time. About 75% of them have been fighting side by side since the beginning. They are all wonderful people. The long time players, even if they are not councils, can diplo for the alliance. They have been playing long enough to know how to handle things.
The TGC alliance is an equal opportunity team. We have people from all around the world who play with us and love it. We learn from each other about our different cultures and languages.
I am a mentor in the game. I try to help people as much as I can with leadership advice, game advice, personal advice, and helping with their ships. I don’t mind doing it, it goes along with my leadership and business degrees and that’s just who I am .
I have also made a lot of wonderful friends on seafight (some I have met in person), even though i shoot some of them, personal life is different then game life . What makes it fun, is when they are shooting me, I am talking to them on MSN at the same time lol..
Hmm ships...what can I say about my ships...too many of them. I have had people give me their ships because they don’t play anymore, so I have about 20 of them. Most of these ships are on the US map. I also have ships on UK, Global, Global US, Russian, and Italian maps. Gosh looking at this, when do I have time to play , have a personal life, work full time, and Mod several maps. No wonder I am tired lol.
I do belong to DH1 (Dutch Honor) on Global 2, I think I am the only American in it. Marc asked me to join and I am very honored with it. He just never knew what he was getting into when he hired me on . The other members of the guild are also wonderful, when I play with them, I cannot stop having fun (have to say, these dutch guys are very funny)
The UK map, I started with NEF a war guild, but since I was the only person in the guild, and only 9 pcannons) I decided to delete it and make another USA guild (that is neutral) . I am shot more now with the USA tag, I don’t think the guys on UK like it very much. J maybe I should join SAU with it.
My mod stuff, I could mention it .. I was asked to be a mod sometime in June 2008 for the UK map. My original name was Princess_Sela, and some players still call me that. I do miss the name . Maybe someday I will get my Sela ship running the high seas, but not anytime soon.

he got me addicted. 
. I play the USA map mainly and he leader of one of oldest guilds on the map. (My ship is over 2years old, someone else was GW for a few months before i took my ship back over).
