Default new feature*Secrets of the Deep*new feature

Ahoy Pirates,

Beware! A new creature is lurking in the depths – a giant octopus has been spotted deep along the ocean floor!

You’ll have to destroy its tentacles to acquire one of its treasures, which, with any luck, contains a bit of octopus meat that qualifies you for a final showdown with the eight-armed beast. As soon as 20 players have acquired octopus meat, you will all be teleported together to the boss map.

So begins the battle versus the octopus – your biggest challenge to date! Beware his fatal attacks and deadly tentacles. If he uses an ink cloud to shroud himself, you must bombard his tentacles to force him to reappear. Should you fail to do so, he’ll have ample time to regenerate energy.

As you have surely gathered by now, you’ll be doomed to sink if you fail to choose the right strategy. And if you fail, you’ll be banned from the boss map to make way for a more capable pirate.

If you buck the odds and prove your worth by defeating the giant monster, be sure to round up his treasure to give yourself a chance at receiving a truly unique ship design.

But be forewarned! This battle will require you to use everything you have at your disposal. Only for true swashbucklers!

For your feedback we have created a discussion round.
