Moderator Event Uk Server 14th September

Ahoy Pirates,

It has been requested for quite sometime that the Moderators and Admins of the game do come onto the maps to fight you the Users.

One recent request of this was in the suggestions section here:

I did decide at this point that perhaps it is time to allow this to happen and give the Users a chance to wage war against there Mods/Admins.

This Event will take place on Sunday 14th September 2008 at 14:00 – 19:00 GMT +2 on the Uk Local Server.

The Battle will be set out as follows:

Players V’s Admin/Moderator’s

The Moderator Team will assemble on one map at the given time and will drive in a war stack and attack the Users, We will only use maps 2.1 – 13.1 meaning that all other maps are out of bounds except the lvl 1 maps.

It will be the Users job to sink the Admins/Mods as many times as they can in these specific maps only. The Users who manage to get the most sinks on the Admins/Mods between these times and only sinks with the given amount of EP (IE: NO 0 EP sinks) will count towards there total. The top 3 players with the most sinks will receive a small reward as well as the collect EP for each sink and of course capture amounts.

But be warned the Admin/Mod team will not take lightly to been sunk they will of course fight back and sink as many users between these times on the specified maps. Remember you have an entire server of Users to your advantage and it will be down to yourselves to organize your very own battle formations.

The Admin/Mod Team will not sink ships on 0EP and it is suggested that you remove yourselves from the specified maps in order to repair other wise we will have no mercy.

Anybody whom is not wishing to participate in this event will need to stay clear of the specified maps as well. It has been stated that any ship in those maps specified can and will be attacked by the Admin/Mod Team..

Now as expected you did not think we would simply sail in normal Pearl Ships for that would give us no chance at all, we have set up a special attack force ship of which is slightly advanced on your standard pearl but not too much so as unrealistic, IE one Mod ship can take on roughly 3 Pearl Ships.

At the close of this event the Admin/Mods will log out of the Seachart and there total sinks will be counted, It is advised that you do not change your ships name between the hours of 14:00 14th Sept and 18:00 15th Sept so that we do have time to find your accounts and tally up the total sinks.

Please remember that although you will get the chance to sink the En Team on the maps the chat is still to remain a friendly place with a fun atmosphere.
