getting back old account

i last had an account about 2007 or 2008,when i last played id#i think was 3421235...black plauge, or wraith. i still remember passwords but log in names was created by using character map,and that i do not remember.is there anyway i can get that account back?.my e-mail is still the same on that account..plz reaply soon... thank you
