after the event is over do we keep the winter scroll or is it lost after the event?

From a previous post you will keep all your winter scroll but the only thing you will be able to get is reward for wave no ship design.

maps will stay even after event if not done yet. You will only be able to win the wave rewards though, the ship design rewards are only during the event.
