wasted pearls

i have bought a light twice now with pearls and not gotten it just wondered if its a bug or what and if there is anyway i can get the 7k pearls back that i spent i have discout so it wasn't 10k only 7

in order for support to assist you, you do need to provide your User ID

if you shoot any cannonballs or harpoons after acquiring the lite you will lose the lite

if you purchased the lite and have not shot any ammo since buying the lite you should wait for support to look at your account...if you shoot any ammo after buying the lite, there is no way they can tell that you did not lose the lite because of shooting ammo

i have shot sence then cause i was gettin attacked but if you cant do anything i understand

Once you buy the light go into your shipyard selectshipyard from the four options top right the click your accessories scroll down you should have a light with 0% damage if you get attacked or you attack anything monster,npc or player you will lose your light my advice its better to get sunk the fire back repping is free lights are costly I know i buy approx. 25 a not on 6 accounts when waring some other advice to keep the cost down is buy the advantage package at a minimal premium as a second and belong to a guild with an island these three things will keep your cost down on anything from the bazar. example p-balls with none of the above is 50 pearls ,p-balls with all three of the above is 34 pearls see the difference hope this helps m8.

Hello mate,

From what I can see, you were given the light of tortuga for each time that pearls were deducted for that item. Observing near the time you made the post, you had bought a light of tortuga, which you used for about 3-4 hours to shinny hunt before you attacked and sank another player.

So there isn't much that can be done since the light of tortuga was added to your account as you paid for it.
