you have 2 banking multipliers on your account, a x2 and a x4. Atm the x2 is active, seeing it is the first multiplier you collected. When you have used it, you can purchase with the x4 banking multiplier.

Actually i have had the x4 since christmas and now that i was going to buy pearls it switched to x2 its not fair can you switch it please

The x2 multiplier was placed in your account 3 months before the x4. As such, you will have to use the multiplier that had been in your account first. So you just have to use up the x2 multiplier first then you can use the x4.
