ammo not received

Can you help,i purchased 20k (10k twice)exploding pumpkins form the market at about 22.45 this eve but dont seem to have received them.

On a different note ive noticed that when i start to rep ,i can no longer cancel the rep via the on screen icon,and instead have to use the keyboard...odd! Not a big issue for me but thought id mention it as i was here.

31st @ 22.45 approx paid for 10k ex-pumpkins but didn't receive them. (original post)

1st @ midday..ish! paid for 10k ex-pumpkins and did receive them. (updated post)

1st @ 22.15...ish! paid for 10k ex-pumpkins but didn't receive them.

And on this occasion i tried again (frustrated) another two or three times to buy pumpkin ammo but didnt receive any.My pearls were taken for the purchases but have not received any ammo on the occasions as stated.

Ahoy mate,

You have made 4 purchases on the pumpkin balls, in each of those, you bought 10k of the pumpkin balls. You did receive the pumpkin balls for those 4 purchases.

I also see that you were shooting at the event ships, so maybe you didn't notice as you shot off most of your pumpkin balls?

Yeah...! i understand what your saying but i bought the balls when i had run out of ammo to shoot during the event,we were shooting the 'Blazers' and 'chillers' and had to pause to stock up during the fun..! as a result of not receiving the ammo i could not continue helping with the event npc's and went shiny hunting instead under the light.
I am at your mercy here.....! I genuinely believe i did not receive any ammo on 3 out of the 4 purchases,i am usually prompted by the 'low ammo' warning that flashes red when your down to your last 500 balls and i am certain i would have seen that change.
How ever i can only wait on your reply,thanks for the assistance.

As Spray-N-Pray pointed out to you already, you have received the pumpkin balls that you purchased.

Unfortunately there is not anything more that we can do for you as we can see that you have already received the balls.

Feel free to close the thread,im surprised you have not done so after the your last post,what reply did you expect from me....?

" oh well i must be wrong,fancy spending all those pearls on ammo and forgetting ive received it....silly me,i must have been mistaken when i had to stop helping my guild with the event npc's because i ran out of ammo and couldn't replace it"

Sorry for the tone,its not personal but i feel aggrieved about the situation.
