Default Territory Maps

The normal sea chart is normally 4 across, as in 1/1-1/4 and so on, but when territory maps come out, if they do, will be 6. A territory map can only be entered through only one border, so if theres a territory map next to 2/4, then you can only enter and exit the territory map through 2/4.

A territory map is full of a range of islands from 5 to maybe 30, each island has an outpost, and everytime a guild conquers an outpost, like guild islands, there will be a border line given out from the outpost to so any squares out, and conquering more outposts, causes your border area to be bigger, and your territory to increase.

This is your guilds territory, inside the territory glitters give 10% more contents, you do 10% more damage, and take 10% off any damage done to you, NPC's have 10% less hp and give 10% more rewards. This is only to your guild if you are in your own territory. Be aware though other guilds will have their own territory and might come along to destroy your outpost and place their own. However if an outpost of a guild becomes destroyed then the guild who does the most damage owns the outpost, same as the island. So on a territory map many guilds can own part of that map, and other guilds can take territory.

By going into your guild island page, it will show how much territory your guild owns on what maps, the hp of your outpost, and you can also upgrade your outpost to have more hp and also by upgrading your outpost, it pushes your border a bit further, and if your border line collides with another border line of another guild territory, then your guild's border line will slightly push back the border of other guilds, gaining a couple more % territory. For every % territory your guild gains, the more hp you can repair.

I have not decided whether or not the outposts can shoot back like towers nor have i decided on what hp they should have.

I hope you liked the idea and give good feedback, thanks

There's three reasons why you might not have had a reply yet:

1: people dont know what your on about, I get it but see how it can be confusing.
2: no one likes the idea
3: it hasn't been in the forum long enough for people to comment on.

p.s bumping your own thread is a little sad m8 and will always get you banned for flooding.

Oh BTW I do not like or see your idea working in this pirate game, pirates would loot and plunder not build territory's like the early American's or what I think your getting at is like the Romans.

Well i can see i have out it in a confusing way, no1 likes the idea? who the hell said that, if they dont like it they still do post, also there is 1 more person saying no than yes, also i bump because from other forums on other games, you are able to push a button so your thread is bumped to the top, i know it hasnt been long, a week, but i see has people dont bother looking on other pages at other ideas, just stick to the first page

I think there should be a way to bump your thread, i only write bump on it so that it doesnt trail back to the end of all threads.

Also guild islands is like territory you know, so if you are going debate back, you need a secure answer that cant backfire instead of you saying something that is bad when i can prove it back to you

Guild Islands are just that "Islands" no where near what you are going on about.

So if what your proposing is the same as guild islands that we already have your idea is nothing more than an expansion on that?

Because the way I read your original thread was something quite different but as I said in my first reply it could be easily confused.

Well...no, well yes, no because guild island, is you own an island, but not really the map, territory maps allow you to own parts of the map, and btw its just my idea and your opinion, i guess it does sound like colonising, but i am that kind of person, i like war games, i cant help that but leak abit of what i love into my imagination, i come up with loads of ideas, but they just get out of hand, i have a problem with decision making, and confusing it is, i find it hard to get what im saying out to those who do find my idea confusing, my advice would be re-read what i put, if other find that it is confusing then i will try to edit it
