jacklaw. id#3704082 hi guys was just wondering i bought the ships mate,This ship's mate restores 19,800 hit points in 2 minutes. There is 1 ship's mate per bid. but it reps at the same speed as the previous ships mate 13200 in 2 mins,i thought it was supposed to be faster after the restart at 1215 today am i wrong?

there is ONE and ONLY ONE elite mate regardless of what the description reads...the description on the elite mate in "My Crew" had had a pasted correction on it to show the increase in hp...somehow that correction has disappeared but the elite mate is still the elite mate....not sure what the other mates (the gold ones) showed

Ahoy Pirates,

Like in previous occasions we started at midday with the third and last part of the three year celebration of Seafight. As you could probably see in the layer on start up we introduced the Armourer, his job will be to keep you well stocked with ammunition. Here are the details :

As soon as your stock of ammunition drops below 10.000 elite balls, the Armourer will automatically buy 10.000 new elite balls for the normal prize of 5.000 pearls. This way you don´t need to keep a constant eye on your ammunition supply when busy at war.
The Armourer will be available for 5000 Pearls in the bazaar and will disappear after 14 days.

We will also make your ship mate stronger as well – after the server restart today at 12:15, the mate will be able to repair 50% faster, unbelievable!

We wish you with both the new and improved assistants much luck and success.

That is simply a misprint on the My Crew Section, as such the 19,800 is indeed what that mate does repair.

We are aware of that but believe it or not, it takes time to get 1 single word through translation

Thanks §çorpion²jr but please explain or answer this question. If it's a typo in the My Crew section I understand that.

Was my old Mate up graded to the new Restores 19,800 hit points automatically or only new Mates bought after the date BP made the change?

Reason I asks is that I just bought a new Mate like others did, hoping to get the new upgrade. If my old mate was upgraded then I didn't need to spend the pearls on 02JUN09. Will BP delete the new mate from my profile and return my Pearls? I understand I bought him but it was based on the fact that I looked in My Crew and saw that my first mate was lower restore HP than one show in Market Cove. ( I understand it was a mis-print but not yours or my fault )

If your answer is no to the old mate upgraded then I will delete him and keep the new improved mate. Just need to know the truth in this misprint.

The old Mates was indeed upgraded as we did announce... You only see the new description due to the new Market Cove going online.

As such i will not replace the any pearls used buying a new ships mate.

jacklaw.3704082, im confused! so are u saying that everyone that previously owned a elite repair mate has automatically had there m8 updated to a 19k plus repair every 2 mins?whether thay bought another new one or not! because i bought the new m8 as advertised in the bazaar and i put that ship next to my other ship and repped them at the same time and there is absolutely no difference at all i n the repping times.

I'm confused......... You dismiss my request based on from what I can read from you reply today. There is a mis-print in your program which shows my current Mate's restore points incorrectly.

Can you please provide this link since I can't find it. Are you telling me that every time I want to purchase something, I should read all the forum posts for any tidbit suggesting a failure to correct Market Cove info buyer beware? That if BP annouces it somewhere in a forum it provides you immunity?

I don't know how else to explain by position. I saw a new Mate restore point in Market Cove, I was dutyfull on my part to check my current mate and he showed a lower restore point. Not knowing this was a mis-print I knowingly bought the new mate based on info your program provided me. Your saying that I should have known about the mis-print and it's on me for BP's failure to properly display the info? Are you kiding me?

I read allot of the forum post and have replied to some in hopes of helping other players. I constantly see where you have to deny peoples request do to their failure to hit a correct button or such........ I have agreed with all your resaons to deny them their requests. This issue disturbs me. Your failure to see that your info mis-lead me and I'm not outside what a reasonable person would ask for.

If your position is still to deny my request I ask that you kick my request to someone higher in your company or point me in th right direction for arbitration in this matter. I'm not crying or yelling but would like to be heard in this matter. I just dropped $400 buck on my two accounts last night so it's not so much the pearls but what I consider to be the fair course of action.

I know you have a difficult job and we players appreciate that. Please consider helping the players with this one.
