well apparently when i stay offline for longer than a month BP deletes your account? the thing is my account hasn't been wiped from the system? only its been reset? why is this and yes i have tried nearly all the servers as i forgot what server i played on but i have checked most of them, just not the ones in other language because i know i played an english server..

If you were inactive for a long time, the system automatically deletes inactive accounts. If this is the case, we cannot do anything since the user data is gone permanently.
This user id is a brand new account.
You will have to contact our Customer Care Team to get this matter looked into.
Any way of getting back my ship?
