ELIGIBILITY FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES
To be eligible to play any of the Games, you must be (a) a United States resident, (b) physically located within the United States when registering for an account or playing a Game, (c) be physically located in a state in which the Game you are playing is not restricted by law

Is this being enforced? There are many players on the USA Servers who are not residents of the United States.

To be honest I don't know all the legalities of this m8, you would be much better contacting the customer care team with this inquiry (see link below).

Is this being enforced? There are many players on the USA Servers who are not residents of the United States.

It doesn't actually state that you have to be in the United States to play on the USA Servers, what it states is that you have to be located within a US State that is not restricted.

So if you live within the United States and wish to Register for ANY of the Games then you have to have a residency, you also cannot register an account whilst say on holiday abroad.

That section of the T&C's is actually only shown to US Residents
