strange happenings?

Hello this morning when i logged in I had 310,500 hit points on my ship...last night I had 316,500...then I logged out and came back in 30 mins later and my hit points where back to normal....then I captured 4 ships in a row and all of the ships when I boarded them got added HP back onto their ships from anywhere from 50,000 to 80,000...do you know what is happening this is really strange..speedwood
