Wrong SeaChart

i post this problem 2-3 times and i said to support but never received any answer,i login with other name and in seachart is other name this problem is and later maintenance,i ask support but i not have answer,what to do, plz don't close before my problem is solve

Your emails have been responded to and you were informed that this is a known issue.

Please can you try and change your user name again, and as you have already contacted our Customer Care Team you will have to continue to work with them to resolve your issue.

As I can do no more here this post will be closed.
