Hi I am unable to log into the home page I put my name and password in it goes to select server . I select uk england1 server then sceen goes back to login details again.

Have I been banned and why? i dont use any bots or use any extended cheats such as range.

If banned can you stop auto renewls?

If banned i quit for good, becouse what ever it is for, it is no way as serious as the botters.

I cannot contact anybody other than forum please help

If you are banned the auto renewals will not be stopped unless you write to support to request the cancelation of these. Please be advised that they will not halt your present one but can stop if 14 days prior before they are renewed to process again.

To seek reasons for any bans you need to go through our Customer Care Team this will not be discussed on the forum.
