We understand your frustration at this, and agree that it is an unfair situation.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused; unfortunately, even though we are the Customer Care Team, we are not the game programmers. There are many things that the Customer Care Team can fix right away, but more complex issues require more complex solutions that also take time.
However, we are aware and the developers are looking into this issue. Hopefully, a resolution will be found as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience during this delay.
