Default Dock Agreements Don't Work

There was a suggestion in the ideas pool that they should be scrapped. I light-heartedly added "or better still, fixed". The moderator (probably rightly) said that should be posted here instead.

Under Shipyard, Reparing Your Ship, to the right of the Ship's overall condition: item it says:
Use (61 Stk.) dock agreement(s)
Do not use any dock agreements
If I click the second line, or the drop-down arrow below it, I get a list of:
Do not use any dock agreements
1 agreements for 1'000 HP
2 agreements for 2'000 HP
...
and so on, up to 25 (even though I apparently have 61, it does not seem to allow scrolling).

This list highlights the line I point at, but does nothing when I click a number of agreements I want to use, and does not seem to be cancellable except by clicking on the first line.
