Ahoy Pirates,

To offer you better and faster support facilities we did include a contact form in the game. You will find that contact form next to the link to the forum with the headword "support". Please make always sure to inscribe all informations we need to solve your problem. If you use the contact form in the game your userID and e-mail-address will be generated automatically. Please note that you cannot send any longer for a new case an e-mail to us. You always will be redirected to our contact form.

We hope this will be a well done step to support you better and faster.

  • In your game page you can click on the support tab to initiate a request.

    • Type of request
      • Select the type of request from the drop down box, so it gets to the correct team.
      • If you have a question about a payment, please select the menu entry "Payment problem". Your request will be processed immediately by our Payment Support team so that we can find a quick solution to your problem.
    • E-mail
      • Make sure you have an email that you use put here.
    • Description
      • put all info about your issue here..
    • Code
    • Enter code
      • Please enter the characters shown above. This security code stops external programs from automatically sending mass e-mail requests.
    • Push the button and it will send your message.
    • You can go right into your email to see the instantaneous auto generated reply with your ticket number from our Customer Care team.
    • They will investigate your issue and email you back as soon as possible.
    • if you do not hear back in a few working days please do a reply and make sure the ticket number is in the subject line.
  • You can also contact support through your log in page when you are unable to get inside your account.
    • Click on and it will open the Contact form page..
    • After you have sent it it will give you this message...
