How about having a place where members can talk about there concerns with Big Point

How about a place where people can post their complaints and be able to have other players respond to them

I Know bigpoint is perfect and players shouldnt have concerns. its their own piece of heaven, there shouldnt be a place to voice them.

There is a place where you can send your complaints to: support@seafight.com
It is not tolerated in here!
Each Complain will individually being handled and answered and I think that is the best thing a company can do!
You do always get a reliable answer by an Bigpoint employee...
This was not created for complaints and negative talk.

If you feel misunderstood you can directly contact us to demand answers or you will have to externally do that.
That is the way this Forum and this community works.
If you want to be part of it you will have to follow the rules and if not…
That is your call.
