problem red scroll didnt get reward!

When I was doing wave 12 in the red scroll ( ghostship + almirante) a message about server restart was shown. So when server had restarted I got that wave for free...but I got no rewards! Only accessed next wave! But still I have spent a lot of cannon balls and time on that, although I did not finish the wave (the restart did this). But I counted on a reward though. Normally when a server restarts you get the rewards. Why not this time? ID: 8378638 This server restart was around 11.01.2009 12:00 GMT +1
