Look people I am getting mad at this game. I run my Credit Card to get pearls and get screwed in the long run.
02.01.2009 18:01:23You sank an NPC from attack wave 16!
Almirante, I sunk before the server reset and got nothing. Took 100,000 snow balls to shoot down. Has Big point got back to me NO.

Then tonight I was in the Red Scroll playing. The game laggs and gives me a second set of ships, as my game freezes. So what happened? I couldnt move and was sunk.

I have put to much money in this game for support not to help us when the system lags and we are the victoms of it.:mad:
I will not log back in to the water with any of my ships tell this problem is fixed. I would like the HP and Pearls form the first lag on the Almirante.
And I would like my Red Scroll back on Wave 19 please.

I advice you not to use hotmail or gmail when sending a mail to supportmail. It is better to use another emailprovider. When you receive a ticket number you will know the message has arrived and that you will get answered.

After succesfully sending a message to support and receiving a ticketnumber, please wait until you get answered by support and do not post the same issue at the forum.
