unstuck ship

i got my ship stuck in a level 3 map i loged out and loged in several times and its still stuck how do i get it unstuck?

hmm dont get u neither, but maybe a look onto the worldmap will help u, bc when u want to up in map 3/4 and dont have lvl 5 , then u can feel like being "stuck"..
left bottomside is the button to watch teh worldmap, to close it click again..

if you are truly stuck have someone sink you and it will reset. you can also try clicking on a monster or npc and sometimes you will unstick!!

I advice you not to use hotmail or gmail when sending a mail to supportmail. It is better to use another emailprovider. When you receive a ticket number you will know the message has arrived and that you will get answered.

After succesfully sending a message to support and receiving a ticketnumber, please wait until you get answered by support and do not post the same issue at the forum.
