The New Seafight vs The Old Seafight

First of all I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong place but I don't know where else to put it, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
I just have some complaints about the new seafight vs the old seafight. I am a bit more than annoyed of the changes that have been made. There's the amount of shinies on the map, are they coming back again, 'cause it's really appauling what you are giving on the new seafight. Before it was fun to go shiny-hunting. Now it is not even worth it. Before when you did a quest, you got ep for the quest and ep for sinking a npc. Now you only get for the quest and not any at all for sinking the npc. So what's the point of taking the quests if you don't get ep for sinking npcs. I have really been annoyed by all this, cause before it was being fun, now it seems more like seafight made into a moneymaker, now where's the fun in that. You made an egg-event at Easter, I found it boring, was not even worth going egg-hunting. Not worth the trouble. And also you have taken away most of the opportunity to find a shiny with hp in it so you can rep your ship when you have been sunk for non-premium members. It can take up to two hours before you find one. So my suggestion is that you put some fun back in the game, cause this game has turned into a money-making machine and not the fun it used to be. If you want to make it into a money machine go ahead, but why take it all away at the same time. All these changes you have made, has really made me think about leaving seafight, cause it is just not worth it anymore.
And one more, what did you do to the minimap. Cause it's absolutely useless to what it was before. The accuracy of when you click on it is really bad. It's like a picture that slipped out of it's frame.
I'll give you some credit for the new seafight though, I love the mapchange and also the coords-box. So much faster and not inconvinient.

People use to complain about the old seafight and now they complain about the new one.
People always cryed for more maps and they got more maps and now complain there is to many.
The new seafight is brilliant, no lag, faster map changes, better graphics. If people didnt pay for seafight these changes wouldn't be possible. Some games ask for money and give nothing back in return. As for shinies, come on when veryone else is asleep and you will find plenty. Shinies give HP all the time and premium onlys costs £20 if you dont wanna look for a shiny for 2 hours.

Well, then I suggest you just find a noob ship with no premium and see if you can find a shiney with hp in it. It takes an hour up to two before you find a shiney with any hp in it. And complaining about the old seafight, well, I just like the old seafight as it was. Yes there's faster mapchange, better graphics, well obviously that is a matter of opinion 'cause I definately do not like the new graphics, yes it looks good when you shoot at another ship and when you sink it, but that's it. I know that if people didn't pay for this game there would be no changes at all. But please give me some credit here, there's no chance, what so ever, for a ship, with no premium to get any higher in the game. You say only 20£, well I'm not rich so I don't know where I would find that kind of money for it. Anyway, my point is that I have been working my ship early in the morning or the hours where there are few people online. And believe me, there is not that many shiny as it used to be. And really I think that they have taken away the fun in the game for me. Before it was a adventure, to see how many "things" you actually got out of collecting shineys. Now there's no point in doing so, cause the outcome of it is so appauling that it is not worth it anymore. In my mind they have taken away a part of the game that was fun. Competing with other players of who could get the control of a map to collect shineys. So if they want to get more money out of people, they could have done it in so many other ways.

Not sticking up for Seafight here, however since the changes they have introduced items back into the game slowly but surely. We also have to remember that there has also been 2 events back to back: Birthday and Easter. I don't know what Map you play on however on the English Map in the higher levels there have been a fair few shineys on the map. This is probably down to the fact there are not many people entering Map 10.3.

However in chat I have noticed alot of new users and Guilds appearing in the game, and you have to take into account how many people are playing the game when you log on.

yeaa! It is 40map :) so mach ...but it is good becouse you can swim everywer and search enemy! Secend problems is not many shines with pearls! Old Seafight he had got many perlrs in shines! from 50 -200 perarls....when was made new Seafight a dont have many pealrs! it no good! this is a problem! ;] Do something with with it! ;] Ahoy Pirates! ;] :cool:

There most likely is as many shinies as the prvious seafight, but because there is more maps they are more spread about.

NPC's , when you sink them you do still receive EP i spent most of my time over the lastw eek up in lvl 7-8-9-10 maps sinking morgan buccaneers, flying dutchmans and Tiamats and i ahve received plenty of EP from evry sink/kill , it is boring but it helps with your EP and probability of having a decent sum of gold.

although i did not like the new seafight when i first saw it, i have grown to like it. first off, there are as manu shinies as before. look on maps 3-1 through 3-3. they have a lot of shinies. also, you dont need premium to move up. i dont have premium and im lv. 9, and i can do the lv. 10 test right now.

i agree with you in some places, and the two places are 1. how you get no ep for sinking npc's during quests. when i had to do a lv. 9 quest sinking 1 dutchmen, i found out that i had not recieved any pearls or money for it. i was mad at that. 2. how it is extremely hard to find hidden shinies. you used to be able to just run over them and theyd give it to you, but now you have to land right on it. i havent found one yet.

other than those two things, i believe that seafight has improved a lot. i like it, and i actually think its easier for new players to move up.

You must be looking in crowded maps, or just not looking hard enough. I've picked up 30k Pearls and close to 60k HP since the update, and I only play for a few hours each night, unlike some that are on more often then not.

to be honest i aint got a problem finding shineys as im not even a premium member... in the ppast 2 days ive found at least 15k pealrs, also the gold in them, the ep an so on, so the shiney hunting is not bad at all... ya just gotta know where and when to look

I agree to you Bright_Spark even tho im premium but my sympathy is on my m8s had no
ability to buy pearls or premium! i want to support them by giving them pearls! but theres no way to do that! so i post my suggestion! pls read and comment on that!:D
